What Kind of Baby Food is the Safest?

Every new mother wants her baby to be healthy and strong, so learn something about nutrition. What food is more delicious and nutritious for the baby? How to choose or make baby food? The new mother will pay special attention to these problems.

Homemade baby food:

If you can make food for your baby by yourself, the safety will be guaranteed naturally, because you can master the production method and ingredients by yourself, choose fresh food rich in organic substances as much as possible, and the price is cheap, economical and affordable. Of course, you need to prepare an abrader, a hasher.

You can cook more food at a time, and make it into a mud shape according to the needs of the child. If necessary, you can dilute the food with water or milk, put the food into ice and freeze it in a plate, and then put it into a cold bag for storage. Food for children under 1 year old should not be added with condiments.

Shop baby food on the market:

Bottled, canned or packaged baby food is also useful for you, especially when you are away or in a hurry. When purchasing, please read the instructions on the package carefully, and pay attention to the products made of pure fruits or vegetables, so as to ensure that your baby can not only eat enough and nutritious food, but also eat less refined starch.

If you want to store some commercially available food, please don’t buy the food marked with sugar and salt, which means that water is the main ingredient, and the food may not be as nutritious as the self-made food. Check the effective date and packaging of the food on sale.

What foods are suitable for your baby:

Generally speaking, the food suitable for babies includes baby rice flour, which can be mixed with warm boiled water or milk; carrot mud, potato mud and apple mud, which can be made by peeling, boiling into mud or adding water to dilute into soup; bread; chopped fish, chicken, animal liver; boiled green beans, peas, broccoli, tomatoes, etc.

Food unsuitable for baby:

Sugar food: candy, sugar juice and soda water can make children caries and affect their appetite for other nutritious food.

Food with artificial additives: some manufacturers add pigment and monosodium glutamate to baby food, which is not nutritious but can cause children’s allergy.

Caffeinated food: caffeine is generally found in coke, black tea and chocolate. It has an exciting effect. Babies should avoid eating it.

Honey: it is not suitable for babies under 1 year old, because honey contains spores that cause botulism, and the digestive system of infants is not mature, so these spores cannot be eliminated.

How to keep baby food?

If you make your own baby food, you can make concentrated juice in batches and freeze it, so that you always have some nutritious food for your baby. These concentrated juice are boiled, mashed and filtered with fruits, vegetables and meat respectively, frozen after cooling, and then put into a closed cold bag. Please don’t forget to mark the name and date of production of the concentrated juice. They can’t be refrigerated for more than one month.

Half an hour before eating, take out some concentrated juice and put it into a bowl to defrost.

The food prepared for the baby should not be stored in the refrigerator for more than 24 hours, and should be sealed as much as possible.

After the meal, all the food that the baby spoon has touched should be treated separately, including the baby food sold in the market. It is not suitable for the baby to eat again.
